No fault problem solving
At Professional Home Projects we practice “no fault problem solving”. Everyone makes mistakes so the best approach is to address mistakes with that truth in mind, respectfully examine what happened and how to constructively address the problem so that we can perform better in the future, and not see critical examination as a personal insult. Team culture does not come automatically – we must work to achieve and maintain it.
This does not mean employees won’t ever get dismissed as no company fits everyone and no person will fit within every company. It is essential that everyone has similar values and priorities. Employee owners are expected to perform diligently and exercise ethical standards as part of a team.
